The commercial product uses the same fail-closed rules as the public site. Paying for a brief does not turn a weak name match or a held private feed into an ownership fact.
Official and open evidence
Dated brand relationships, company-register facts and GLEIF legal-entity identifiers may be used where the field, licence and match method are approved.

Raw PSC data, affiliate catalogues and protected federation rows are not republished. Product presence, a similar name or a domain match never raises ownership confidence.
Sanctions screening or raw data resale
The current product is not a compliance-screening service and does not resell source databases. Official sanctions files remain outside public and client findings until a dedicated, reviewed identity and false-positive policy exists.
